Crucial Information Regarding Your Photos (Apple & Google Compliance)
Vitrina Studio uses advanced Artificial Intelligence (such as Google Gemini and other models) to generate images based on your inputs.
1. How we use your photos: The photos you upload are used strictly for the purpose of generating the AI results you request. We do NOT use your photos or generated images to train our own AI models, nor do we sell or use them for any commercial purposes.
2. Where they are stored: Your input photos and the generated output images are securely stored in our cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare Buckets). This is strictly done so that you can view your generation history within the App.
3. Third-party processing: Your photos are securely transmitted to our third-party AI partners (e.g., Google Gemini) solely for processing the image generation request.
a. Personal Data: When you register, we may collect your email address, name, and basic profile information.
b. User Content (Photos & Inputs): We collect the images you upload and the text prompts you provide to generate AI outputs.
c. Usage Data: We may automatically collect device information, IP addresses, and app usage analytics to improve our services.
We retain your account data and generated images only for as long as your account is active. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. You can do this directly within the App's profile settings (Delete Account) or by contacting us. Upon deletion, all your uploaded photos, generated images, and personal data will be permanently removed from our servers and Cloudflare storage.
We share your data only with essential service providers necessary to operate the App:
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information and uploaded photos. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the data you provide to us, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
