Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the Vitrina Studio mobile application (the "Service") operated by us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Use of AI and Generated Content

Vitrina Studio utilizes Artificial Intelligence models (such as Google Gemini) to generate images. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You will not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.
• You will not upload photos of third parties without their explicit consent.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, in accordance with Apple and Google App Store policies regarding user-generated content.

3. Subscriptions and Credits (In-App Purchases)

Certain features of the App are available through in-app purchases, including consumable credits and auto-renewing subscriptions.

• Billing: Payments will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You may manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
• Refunds: All purchases and refunds are managed directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. We do not directly issue refunds.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain our exclusive property. The generated images provided to you are for your personal use, subject to the terms of the underlying AI generation models (e.g., Google Gemini).

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vitrina Studio, nor its developers, partners, or suppliers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
